My imagination takes me down to separate roads:
One, you had your third interview and it didn't go so well. Hence, you have disappeared into a land of chocolate, alcohol, and ice cream and may only emerge to see if you have reached nirvana yet.
Two, you had your third interview and it went extremely well - therefore you are swamped with all the business of changing jobs.
